Unfortunately, were seeing an increase in a pattern of customers misusing, abusing, and/or fraudulently using our generous courtesy Deal credit process to obtain rewards. For example, the proof submitted for completion of Match to Win is one that is not unique to the customer. They are screenshots from the public and readily available via a ****** search. As such, a deeper investigation is conducted in cases such as this one.įollowing an investigation of this request, the evidence the customer provided and represented as screenshots of their own participation do not appear to be legitimate. We conduct ongoing testing regularly to ensure to tracking is working as expected and we have a sound understanding of an expected technical error rate due to no fault of your own. It is extremely rare to have more than half of a participant's Deals experience a technical tracking issue. If a participant is reporting a high rate of Deals not tracking, it points to an issue on their end, and we encourage participants to ensure that they are completing Deals as a new user/subscriber/install directly through our program. For most courtesy Deal credits, we are not compensated. We offer our Rewards program based on the premise of your completing Deals through our Program and passing some of the compensation we receive back to you in the form of a Reward. ![]() ![]() Sending requests for courtesy Deal credit does not guarantee they will be granted. If needed I will upload all of my information on here including credit card proof of purchase and the games themselves (customer service ) that e mailed me stating I completed the deal and should be able to collect my credit. They have people sign up and complete all the deals we never get the money and they get their rewards? It is bogus and absurd. So now they will be getting their reward because I signed up for all my deals and they are lying and saying my deals were stolen off another websites which is completely FALSE and now I am asking them tomorrow that to me (since I have my proof that I purchased every trial within a month and played every single game) and they wont respond to me. I have my credit card statement for proof along with e mails from the company. I asked for proof of this bc all of my rewards I did myself. After almost a month of starting games and enrolling in trials (keep in mind I completed 23 deals in total and I have e mails from the games themselves saying I personally completed these deals with the dates I did so) they are *** saying I stole what I did off other platforms. It takes forever for them to respond and they do not give a phone number. Ten out of the 25 deals I paid for and also the games that took me a while to play are credited. Finished all of the rewards within a very short amount of time. Nearly all consumers reportedly encounter inadequate customer support when trying to resolve concerns they have. Some consumers claim they are told that their accounts were suspended due to an attempt to defraud the program, and most of these consumers say they cannot get an explanation from the company on how they violated the terms of service or why they have been banned from the platform. Consumers cite issues with ID verifications, account lockouts/suspensions, and reward denials without explanation as the most common concerns. Many of these consumers allegedly followed the instructions that Rewards Zone USA LLC gave but are still unable to claim the reward.Īs of March 2023, consumers continue to report persistent problems with the incentive surveys they have allegedly taken for the company. A number of consumers allege that they were promised a prize if they completed the surveys/incentives the company provides. Consumers are telling BBB about their experiences after participating in a survey/contest offered by Reward Zone USA LLC. BBB files indicate a Pattern of Complaints concerning the company's marketing practices and fulfillment of services.
